1-TO-1 Coaching

With the help and direction of a trainer, you will execute a personalized workout plan, based on your fitness ability. Learn proper technique and form which will help you develop the skills needed to progress safely and efficiently throughout your fitness journey.

  • I've been working with Emilio for about 3 months and I'm very pleased with the improvements I've seen in my physical performance! Every session I had gotten progressively harder as I grew stronger, and the routines were always a little different. Despite the fact that everything is done virtually over Zoom, the training setting is a highly enjoyable and engaging one. Emilio is a natural people person who makes every workout session feel like it goes by in the blink of an eye. He consistently pushes me to reach my training objectives while never pushing me beyond my comfort zone. Emilio's ability to detect my muscle ability and recognize what weights to proceed with from there impressed me more than most other trainers I've tried. In just three months of working with Emilio, I was able to reestablish a natural foundation for my strength. He is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with, and I would highly recommend Emilio and ABS University to anyone looking to get in shape!

  • Emilio was my lockdown savior with his virtual workouts, despite the time difference he was an excellent personal trainer. He was invested in my progress, constantly motivated and pushed me to my limit. Each workout session was a vibe, not only were they fun, sessions were challenging and tailored to support me achieve my desired goal.   • Emilio has been a great trainer for me. He helped me find weak spots in my previous training program. He showed me essential exercises I was missing to every muscle group. Even with workouts that I've done for years, he made adjustments that helped me get the most from my reps. As a result I gained strength and functional movement with my legs, especially with lower back and glute work which helped improve my compound lifts and everyday life. With our upper body lifts, Emilio helped me to gain strength quickly. He also helped me get to the aesthetic I was aiming for. As a previous Division I athlete playing football, Emilio exceeded my expectations as a trainer and I would recommend without any hesitation.

  • Jonathan is a good friend and was my first choice when looking for a personal trainer. He has always been knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and I knew he was the right person to help keep me motivated and on point with reaching my goals. I suffer from chronic knee pain and had a shoulder injury one month of our training, which I thought would slow down my progress, but Jonathan would find ways to alleviate the pain, all while still putting me through an intense but safe workout to prevent further injury. He was only a text or phone call away if I needed advice on anything. Also, he was so accommodating and flexible when it came to working with my crazy work schedule and no matter the change, he was always able to fit me in. Even when we were unable to meet, Jonathan would be sure to send me workouts that I’d be able to complete on my own, which was super helpful in keeping me accountable. I enjoy working with professionals and Jonathan is the epitome of that. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to our next training session.
